MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION DETAILS
For full membership, you must bring two forms of identification with you on your first visit to the club, these will be recorded, your photo will be taken and you will be issued your membership entry card which will expire after one year.
If your membership is refused, your fee will be refunded within ten working days.

Second
- Utility Bill dated within three months (not a mobile phone bill)
- Council Tax Bill
